Jean's twenty four years of experience in helping patients with insurance and financial issues makes her a valuable asset to our office and our patients. You will find her both knowledgeable and helpful about all aspects of your treatment. Jean is married to Frank Nichols. They have 2 daughters Nicole & Tanya. She also has 3 grandsons, Drake, Landon, & Easton.

Brenda St. Pierre
Treatment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

Brenda joined the Smile Design Center team in August of 2010. She previously worked in the medical field as a case manager at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi.

She will help you through the insurance process by researching your insurance benefits and sharing your headaches when "dealing" with insurance companies.

Leigh came to the Smile Design Center in 2002 as an experienced dental assistant.  She received her dental hygiene license in July 2006.  Leigh is also a certified CPR First Aid /AED instructor through the American Red Cross.

Missy Denton
Registered Dental Hygienist

Missy joined us in 2010. Her hygiene career spans some 13 years. She is an accomplished clinician and teacher.

Kristy Brown
Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristy Brown is a Tuscaloosa native with 15 years of dental experience and received her dental hygiene license in 1999. She recently joined the Smile Design Center as a dental hygienist and all of her patients enjoy her caring attitude neat sense of humor and exemplary professionalism.

Kim Poole
Dental Assistant

Kim joined Smile Design Center in 2007 after having 20 years of customer service experience. She is our senior dental assistant and leads by example. She lives in Gordo, AL with her husband Joseph. Her enthusiam and positive attitude are a great asset to our practice.

Sandi Hubbard
Dental Assistant

Sandy rejoined Smile Design Center in 2011 with over 14 years experience in the dental profession. Her great personality and wonderful dental skills make her a valuable asset to our practice. Our patients love her caring attitude. She is a native of Tucaloosa and has two children and two grandchildren.

Jada Woodruff
Receptionist

Jada is usually the first smile you will see when you visit our office. She joined our staff in March, 2011 after a stint in the banking community.

She will help you remember your appointments by sending you an email or text (or both) reminder in advance of your appointment.

Jessie Helton
Intern

Jessie is an intern at The Smile Design Center and plans to attend dental school upon graduation from The University of Alabama.

Jessie's hometown is Maryville ,Tennessee . She has been a very "quick study " and will be a fantistic dentist!
